Blue and Gold Goes Green!
January 25, 2019
Everyone knows blue + gold = green, so Pinole Valley was bound to start recycling. Thanks to Principal Kibby Kleiman, we started last week! In addition to our regular trash cans, we now have recycling and compost bins for students to have the opportunity to help our environment.
Pinole Valley is the first high school in the district to take action against issues regarding trash. Hopefully other schools will take the initiative and follow our lead soon.

Help the school out and be sure to throw your trash, recycling, and compost in the correct bins! Remember, reduce, reuse, recycle, and that’s how we roll in Pinole!

Hi! I am trying to start a recycling program at El Cerrito High School. I was wondering if I could talk to the people who started the recycling program at Pinole? My email is [email protected]
