Pinole Valley’s football teams came home with another great victory to add to what has been an amazing season. With the regular season almost wrapped up, Pinole Valley High School’s football team holds a 9-0 record after defeating the Richmond Oilers on Friday night. Both JV and Varsity teams won their games adding onto varsity’s 900 game win streak… oops–I mean 9. Not only did they take the victory, but the Spartans were able to completely shut down RHS the entire game allowing no opportunities for Richmond to squeeze their way into the end zone or even send a ball through the uprights. According to MaxPreps these are the scores from the night and they say it all :

Jv: 53-0

Varsity: 49-0

Must have been a tough night for Richmond as they faced the mighty Spartans. Be sure to make it to John Swett High School this Friday to witness the Spartans release their wrath on the Warriors. Don’t forget to sit on the away side!
