Mr. Chamberlain, Spartan Ink Advisor
Hey everyone! My name is Mr. Chamberlain. I am the current advisor for the Spartan Ink Newspaper for the school year 2023-24.
A little bit about me is that I am a recent grad school graduate in my second year of teaching. I became interested in journalism during my undergrad at the school Marymount Manhattan College in New York City. I majored in English and World Literature, but took journalism and creative writing classes for my minor.
During my time at Marymount, I worked for the school newspaper, submitting articles ranging from political conflicts, to book reviews, to op-eds about the school, current events, and important situations that they needed to know.
While this is my first time being an advisor for a newspaper, I am excited to read what you all write, see the amazing images and art that you submit, and support you every step of the way.
