Grad Nite is a  celebration for Seniors, where they spend three days and two nights in Southern California at three places, Universal Studios, Disneyland, and Magic Mountain. Seniors will stay in a hotel, splitting a room between four of their peers, and will be supervised by on-site USA Student Travel Staff. The trip involves round-trip transportation, meaning they provide you with a bus ride all the way to Southern California.

The trip starts on Thursday, May 23. The students will take a bus to Universal Studios, and have a senior celebration with students from other schools. On Friday they will head to Anaheim and will spend the day in Disneyland and California Adventures. They will stay in a hotel and on Saturday morning they will head to Six Flags Magic Mountain, first thing the next day. After spending the day at Magic Mountain, the seniors will take the bus ride home.

Grad Nite is imbursed through five different payments of $100, and one final payment of $169. The first payment is non-refundable. You cannot be absolutely guaranteed of a trip unless you make each deposit on time. The payments are due on:

  • October 5th
  • November 2nd
  • December 7th
  • January 11th
  • February 8th
  • March 8th

It is important to note that Grad Nite is not affiliated with Pinole Valley High School or even West Contra Costa School District in any way. None of the chaperones, transportation, or payments will be through the district and 100% through USA Student Travel. Your absences will not be excused, and neither will be anything else you miss.
