Scholarships Week 3 of October

Another week of school and it keeps going. Here are more scholarships for you all.
- There’s a scholarship for after-school athletes on Monday. So, if you’re a high school senior athlete check out http://blogs.oregonstate.edu/scholarships/2016/08/08/school-athlete-scholarship-250/. You have to include your GPA, ACT/SAT scores, class rank, and some short essays. Click the link to see what I mean and good luck.
- The Ruth Jacob’s scholarship offers a scholarship for juniors and seniors who are looking to major in music and interest in church choral music. - The American Society of Human Genetics has a DNA essay contest for anyone grades 9-12. The deadline is March 9, 2019, so there’s plenty of time to get started. There is a different prompt every year, the first place prize being $1,000. There are a possible 3 winners, with 10 honorable mentions prizes.
